Access Bars are one of the tools of Access Consciousness®. You can think of it as a kind of acupressure activating 32 points on the head. Depending on the individual need of the client one session can last between 60 und 90 minutes. The aim is to trigger certain bodily processes in order to be able to let go of burdens or blockages. In any case, it is a very pleasant way to deeply relax for a short time and leave everyday life or worries and problems behind.

Access Facelift is also a gentle acupressure method in the head and face area, designed to promote the body's natural self-healing powers. The gentle touch method rejuvenates the cells and lift and revitalizes face and neck and shows a cellular detox effect. The innovative technique is based on the principles of Access Consciousness's® holistic healing methods and is intended to reduce the signs of aging on face and body.

This combination allows for a better understanding of distressing thoughts and emotions, the development of new thinking and behavior patterns, and achieving lasting change.
Additionally, I have extensive experience in providing support for workplace-related stress and minimizing the spillover effects between work and personal life. In my work within Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), I have helped numerous individuals who are dealing with stress, burnout, and the impacts of workplace challenges. Often, these work-related burdens also affect personal life and create a vicious cycle.
Together, we will develop concrete strategies for your everyday life, helping you overcome inner blockages, regain emotional stability, and bring more ease and clarity into your life.
